With over 50 million visits annually, “The Most Magical Place on Earth” is a fan favorite for many. Opening in 1971, the park was founded by Walt Disney and has continued to expand over the years. Starting with only one park, Magic Kingdom, three other parks have since opened: EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.
Located in Orlando, Florida, Disney World has something for everyone. Whether you’re there with family, friends, or even riding solo, you can always have a good time at Disney World. Some of the most popular attractions at Disney World include their rides. My favorite rides from each park include: TRON in Magic Kingdom, Guardians of the Galaxy in EPCOT, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios, and Avatar Flight of Passage in Animal Kingdom. Numerous rides at Disney World range from thrilling experiences to more restrained ones, which suit varying ages and preferences.
Another popular attraction at Disney World is the food. In my opinion, everything tastes better when it is Mickey-shaped. My go-to snacks at Disney World include a Mickey Pretzel and a Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich. All of the different parks at Disney World offer various meals and snacks to choose from. I believe that EPCOT has the best food of them all, because you get to try foods from all over the world. Even just walking down Main Street in Magic Kingdom, the sweet aroma in the air pulls crowds in.
One of my favorite parts about Disney World is the shopping. You can purchase various clothes, stuffed animals, and other souvenirs to commemorate your trip. Many of the rides at Disney World offer a gift shop on your way out. If you really enjoyed a ride, you can buy something specific to it as a way to remember it. Since Disney World is such a magical place, these souvenirs are the perfect thing to bring the magic home with you.
Disney World is seen by many as a place for only kids or families, but I do not believe that this is true. No matter who you are with, if anyone, Disney World is for everyone. It is a place where you can create memories and magic, no matter the circumstance.
Disney World can be a lot for some people. For me, there is no other place that I would rather walk over 10,000 steps in the Florida heat. Every part of Disney World has its own piece of magic, which makes it so special. Hours at Disney World can feel so short, because as it’s said, time flies when you’re having fun.
I believe that everyone should experience Disney World at least once in their life. It is an experience that you will truly never forget. Altogether, I would rate Disney World 5 out of 5 Mickey Ears. Book your flights, buy your tickets, and put your Mickey ears on, because Disney World truly is “The Most Magical Place on Earth.”
