Spring Concert Brings Musical Students Together

After its “Pops” Concert, Wayne Valley’s music program left people excited for the next production of the year: the spring concert. Needless to say, the concert, taking place on May 18th, did not disappoint. The Percussion Ensemble program started off the night with “Smooth Criminal” by Michael Jackson and arranged by Valley’s own Mr. Warfield. After performing its three songs, Percussion Ensemble left the stage and the chorus programs performed. Chorus’ seniors performed “No One is Alone” as their last song on Wayne Valley’s stage. Finally, the Band finished the night off with its four-song production. Its last piece “Ride” was a true showstopper. As a member of the music program myself, I can say that many hours of hard work went into the concert on all parties’ parts- and it clearly showed.

Thank you to all that came out that night and congratulations to the Wayne Valley music program for once again doing an outstanding job!
