The Wayne Valley-Wayne Hills ice hockey team enters the 2025-2026 winter season with more left to be desired from their season last year, finishing 11-11-2 and exiting in the first round of states. Led by senior captains Scott Standsfield (#10), Nate Ashkinazi (#72), Max Prekel (#28), and Brady Driesse (#2), the team consists of twelve seniors ready to play their hearts out for their final high school season. Seniors include Wayne Valley’s Jerry Egan (#33), Ryan Natusch (#23), Ian Burke (#9), Hunter Dean (#22), and Wayne Hills’ Brady O’Loughlin (#17), Tyler Jason (#61), Rocco Pizza (#29), and Nick Riina (#8). Wayne Hockey’s skill, depth, and work ethic make it certain that the team will have a successful season filled with championships under Head Coach Nicholas Crouch’s shrewd guidance.
