1.Halloween Marshmallow Pops– These Marshmallow Pops couldn’t be easier or more festive. They also make the perfect Halloween s’ mores! 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Giant marshmallows
  • 1 10-ounce bag candy melts
  • assorted sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First-line a baking sheet with parchment paper and insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow
  • Next melt candy melts according to package directions.
  • Working with one marshmallow at a time, spoon the melted candy over the sides of a marshmallow and allow the excess to drip back into the bowl. Immediately coat with festive sprinkles. 
  • Place marshmallow on the prepared baking sheet until the candy coating is set and repeat with remaining marshmallows. It’s that easy!

 

2.Oreo Spider Webs- Give your Oreos a spooky spin this Halloween with this super-easy design.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1/4 lb. white chocolate, chopped

18 Double Stuf Oreo cookies

DIRECTIONS

  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt all but 4 tablespoons of each chocolate in 15-second bursts, stirring between each heating.
  • Working in batches of 2 to 3 Oreos, dip each in chocolate until fully coated and transfer to the baking sheet
  • Melt the remaining chocolate and place each color in a plastic bag. Snip a bottom corner and pipe three circles on the opposite-colored cookie. Using a toothpick and starting from the innermost circle, drag a line through each circle toward the edge of the cookie to create a web. 
  • Repeat until all cookies are dipped and decorated, then transfer to the refrigerator to set the spider web design.

 

3.Cobweb Brownies- Here’s the super-easy way to dress up a box of brownies for Halloween.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 box brownie mix

1 cup marshmallows

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions. Let cool to room temperature, then cut into squares.
  • Microwave marshmallows until gooey and melted, about 30 seconds. The marshmallows should still look lumpy. Using a fork, stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  • Using two forks, stretch about a tablespoon of the melted marshmallow into a thin strand to drape over the brownies. Repeat this step to create a web-like pattern. 

 

4.Strawberry Ghosts-A seasonal take on the classic chocolate-covered strawberry.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 c. strawberries

1 1/2 c. white chocolate, melted

1 tsp. coconut oil

1/4 c. mini chocolate chips

1 c. chocolate chips, melted

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted white chocolate and coconut oil and stir until combined. 
  • Dip strawberries into white chocolate and place two mini chocolate chips on the top half of the strawberries for eyes.
  •  Place strawberries on a prepared baking sheet and place in the refrigerator to harden for about 10 minutes.
  • Place melted chocolate chips in a Ziploc bag and make mouths on the strawberries.
  • Let cool again in the refrigerator, 5 minutes 
  • Enjoy!

 

5.Halloween Candy Bark-This white chocolate bark is probably the most simple from-scratch Halloween treat you can make.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 c. white chocolate, chopped

15 drops Flo-Coat Candy Coating

1 drop purple food coloring

1 drop green food coloring

1 drop orange food coloring

2 tbsp. large Halloween-colored nonpareils

1 tbsp. Halloween-colored sprinkles

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Place chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until completely melted.
  • Divide 3 tablespoons melted white chocolate into three separate bowls. Add five drops Flo-Coat and one drop of food coloring to each bowl; stir to combine.
  • Pour remaining white chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using an offset spatula, spread chocolate until it’s 1/8″- to 1/4″-thick. 
  • Drizzle colored chocolate on top and drag a toothpick to create swirls. Dust top with nonpareils and sprinkles.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator to set, 20 minutes. Break into pieces to serve.
