At the end of January, the Model United Nations Clubs of Wayne Valley and Wayne Hills met in our media center to run the second annual cross town Model UN conference. Students had opportunities to discuss and debate topics such as the role of youth in the Paris Climate Agreement and women in positions of governance. Wayne Valley was very successful in the conference winning all three awards given out for position papers, Best Delegate, and the Leadership Award.
