Wayne Valley recently held its annual Art Show. The art show is open for anyone to attend, and all students from all levels have the chance to present a piece of their choosing. This art show has been a part of Wayne Valley tradition for decades, since the seventies, and it continues to live on today. On display are paintings, drawings, journals, and even chair seats and footballs. AP Art and Design students receive their own boards and get the opportunity to design and organize them however they wish. Additionally, works that have won national and state awards and accolades were on display, such as those by Gabi Matteo, Alex MacDonald, Craig Legras, Max Simon, and Lauren Toole.
Featured here are some AP students’ boards, paintings, and figures.
