Have you felt the cold crisp breeze these past couple of days? That’s because Fall is here, which means so is Halloween! There are so many activities teenagers and their families can participate in. To start, you can decorate your house for Halloween. Take time with your family to put some lights or other decorations so many kids come to trick or treat at your house. Additionally, one big thing families participate in is a fall festival. Sometimes there is apple cider, hot chocolate, and even apple cider donuts being sold at the festival. There is also a hay ride that usually takes you to a pumpkin patch where you can pick out a pumpkin!
This leads me to another fall activity: decorating and carving pumpkins. This is a fun thing to do with family and friends as well as a nice decoration for your porch on Halloween. Another simple thing you can do at your house is watching a scary movie with family or friends. Get a bucket of popcorn and try not to spill it as a huge jumpscare comes onto the TV! If you love to bake, you can cook all types of fall festive recipes such as apple cider donuts, caramel apples, hot dog mummies, cake pop brains, and more. Lastly, make sure you have an awesome costume! You can look on Amazon, Spirit Halloween, and Party City. I know for us teenagers, we need a good costume to post on Instagram!
