The health and physical education departments along with guidance host an annual wellness fair for all students and staff at Wayne Valley High School. Outside companies along with clubs provide education, techniques, and resources to help promote mental and physical health.

Phys Ed and Health students attended as well as study halls and other classes.

Companies had games and activities with prizes in order to engage students.

After visiting booths, one student reflected, “The average screen time is 6-8 hours a day!”

Another learned about ways to relieve stress through exercise and working out.

An important booth discussed about the dangers of vaping.

Clubs included NHS, Peer Leaders, HOSA, and the Environmental Club.
