This year the Wayne Valley Auto Shop class has started picking up the pace. After a rough last 2 years due to Covid-19, they’re back on track and doing better than ever. Earlier this month the WV Automotive program started a pet drive to support a local animal shelter. The pet drive has already collected hundreds of pounds of pet food and other necessities for the pets such as toys and blankets. They’ve been able to do this with help from the auto shop students and other teachers from the school.

The pet drive was started in the beginning of January by Mr. Bergen and other students from the auto shop and ended February 2nd. In the end, the auto shop collected a great deal of food for the pet drive.
