The Great Jack O’Lantern Pumpkin Blaze Croton-on-Hudson, New York

We all love carving and decorating our own pumpkins, but The great Jack O’Lantern Blaze has some of the best carvings and designs you will ever see! The attraction is located in Croton-on-Hudson, New York and is open until November 24. Every year, seven thousand pumpkins are hand carved and lit up by the talented staff, and displayed for all of us to see! To be able to see these marvelous sights on weekends, it costs twenty-seven dollars for adults and twenty dollars for children. With this is included the hour to hour and a half walk through where you are able to take as many pictures as you want to remember your experience forever!

 

Six Flags Fright Fest Jacksonville, NJ

If you love the thrill of crazy roller coasters, then you have definitely visited Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. For an even bigger thrill, visit the park during their annual Halloween-themed celebration from September 15 – October 31. Start your visit by riding some of the best roller coasters

in the country. After dark, be prepared to get your scare on as the park is taken over by zombies and ghosts! Enter the seven haunted mazes and five scare zones at your own risk. An eighty-five dollar pass includes one day admission into the park and unlimited haunted maze trips on the same day. Plan your trip soon and don’t forget to watch out for the zombies and ghosts, they’ll find you anywhere!

 

Farms View Roadstand Wayne, NJ

If you are looking for something close to home you can go to Farmsview Roadstand right in Wayne. This is a small hometown farm to go with your family and friends for a perfect fall day. With just nine dollars you can take a hayride around the farm to pick their ‘U-Pick’ pumpkin patch where you can find the perfect pumpkin waiting for you. This price also includes Apple Cider and donuts. If you want to see more of the farm, you can visit a few of the many animals they have at the barnyard such as goats, chickens, and horses. Until October 31st, the farm is open longest on weekends from 10:00 am-5:00 pm on Saturdays and 10:00 am-4:00 pm on Sundays.
