Wayne Valley Advanced Automotive Technology students traveled to Wayne Hills recently to attend a presentation with their Hills “compatriots.” The presentation was put on by a father of a Wayne Hills student whose career is selling heavy duty trucks. The students viewed a PowerPoint presentation on the truck industry and truck specifications.  Additionally, a heavy duty dump truck was brought in. While viewing the vehicle, students learned the workings of the truck and the price of the vehicle.  Additional insight was given on the job of a sales rep, one who builds the truck to the customers’ needs. A question and answer session followed.
